Tzel is a shade-first walking navigation app that works in cities worldwide. If something isn’t working, you have a question, or you’d like your city hand-tuned, the fastest way to reach us is the contact form - it goes straight to the team.

Which areas are covered?
Tzel works in most mapped cities worldwide. We’re starting with a handful of the sunniest cities that get hand-tuned, validated building and tree data, and the list keeps growing. If yours isn’t fully tuned yet, use the contact form to suggest it and we’ll let you know the moment it’s live.
Why does Tzel want my location?
Location is used only to place you on the map and compute shadier routes from where you are. It’s never used to track you across apps, and you can limit it to “While Using” in iOS Settings.
Do I need an account?
No. Tzel works without one. Sign in with Apple is optional and only used to sync your saved places and preferences across your devices.
Managing Tzel Pro
Tzel Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store. Manage or cancel it anytime on your iPhone: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Tzel.
